Privacy and data protection

MedMust collects account, purchase, learning, and support information needed to provide education content, store orders, subscriptions, and account security.
Data use
Data is used for authentication, order fulfillment, payment reconciliation, content access, MCQ progress, support, security, and product analytics.
Security
Access is protected through secure sign in, staff-only controls, verified payments, protected file links, and admin activity records.
Account deletion and export
Signed-in users can export profile, orders, entitlements, reviews, bookmarks, and learning attempts from Profile. Account deletion removes authentication and learning data where possible and anonymizes order details that must be retained for reconciliation.
Retention and sharing
Payment and order records may be retained where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations require it. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payment, delivery, support, security, and legal compliance.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage keeps sign-in and cart state. Optional analytics should not load until the related production consent flow is enabled.
Medical content
MedMust does not require patient-identifiable data for learning use. Clinical and ECG assets must be anonymized before publishing.
