If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with such Service Terms, the Service Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Product or Service.
These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. The terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” shall mean MedMust Educational and Wellness Solutions (MEWS) LLP, the Company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Legally Binding Contract
These Terms of Use set forth a legally binding contract between MedMust Educational and Wellness Solutions (MEWS) LLP (“MEWS”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and You (“You” or “Your”). By accessing, downloading, or using the www.medmust.in portal and/or its corresponding mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), You agree to be unconditionally bound by the Terms of Use stated herein. These Terms of Use apply equally to all users, even if You only visit the Website or review any of the physical or digital product and service offerings made available by Us. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not continue to access or use Our Platform henceforth.
1.2. Electronic Record
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and the Rules as applicable thereunder, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing the Platform or availing any Product or Service.
1.3. User Representations, Eligibility, and Credentials
In consideration of Your use of the MedMust Platform, You explicitly agree:
Accuracy of Information: To provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about Yourself as prompted by the Platform in order to generate Your login credentials.
Academic Verification: To take full responsibility for ensuring that You meet the required medical qualifications or professional criteria when opting for advanced or premium subscriber accounts. You acknowledge that MedMust is not responsible for ensuring that You conform to these eligibility criteria.
Maintenance of Details: To maintain and promptly update Your login credentials and profile details to keep them true, accurate, current, and complete.
Minor Consent: To seek the explicit consent of Your parents/legal guardians, in case You are a minor (under the age of 18 years), before providing any personal information about Yourself, Your parents, or other family members on the Platform.
Third-Party Harm: That We are not responsible or liable for any consequences, liabilities, or claims that arise as a result of misuse of any kind by You on the Platform, such that it causes any harm, loss, or injury to a third party.
1.4. Right to Terminate and Suspend
If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform. MedMust reserves the right to terminate Your subscription and/or refuse to provide You with access to the Services and Products if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and the consent to use the Platform was not granted by Your parent/legal guardian.
1.5. Dynamic Content and “Editions”
You acknowledge and agree that:
We reserve the right to change and update the content across the Platform to represent the latest evidence and clinical medical practices, with changing times, clinical guidelines, and requirements.
We reserve the right to constantly review, update, and replace the features and materials of all Study Materials, including but not limited to the study modules, Test Series, High-Yield Digital Notes, and Publications. This may be carried out on an annual basis or at such other intervals as decided by Us, in the form of updated “Editions.”
We do not guarantee that any specific content, question sets, or features of a previous Edition will be made available on the Platform in a newer Edition.
We reserve all rights to engage alternative faculty, authors, or experts, or change the current roster of contributors at any given point in time without prior notification to the User.
1.6. Scope of License and Free/Paid Tiers
You may access the Platform and subscribe to Our services and digital products solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. The Platform as a whole is owned exclusively by MEWS LLP. You acknowledge that We are providing You with a revocable, limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the features of the Platform. Upon logging in as a regular registered user, You will be entitled to view Our limited free content as a demo of Our offerings. You will gain full access to the comprehensive paid content and premium digital products on the Platform once You enroll as a “Subscribed User.” You are strongly advised to review the free content before making the decision to purchase or proceed to a paid subscription.
1.7. Account Security and Multi-User Liability
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the absolute security and confidentiality of Your account, as well as the login credentials to the account, once You register. If Your account has been accessed and misused for any reason whatsoever—including any unlawful purposes—by a third party, whether with or without Your permission, MedMust reserves the right to take any necessary action, including seeking legal remedies against You.
Your negligence in maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your account credentials, or Your deliberate and willful act of sharing credentials with a third party, may result in immediate termination, penalties, and/or legal action. We will not be liable for any loss that You may incur as a result of a third party using Your account, either with or without Your knowledge. However, You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Us or Our partners as a consequence of third-party usage of Your account.
1.8. Global Use and Compliance with Digital Laws
Due to the global nature of the Internet, You agree to comply with all applicable local laws, state-specific laws, and informational regulation rules regarding the use of the Platform. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data, medical content, and software exported from India or the country in which You reside.
1.9. Communication Consent and DND Override
By registering Your email address and/or phone number with Us, You provide explicit consent to receive transactional, operational, and promotional communication from Us via phone calls, SMS notifications, emails, WhatsApp, and/or any other digital means that help Us reach You, even if You are registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) Registry.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time through the settings on the Platform. However, even if You opt out of promotional material, We reserve the right to send You transactional and administrative communications—such as product/service announcements, subscription updates, billing invoices, administrative/legal notices, and critical information about Your account status—without offering You the opportunity to opt out of those essential alerts.
2. Eligibility Criteria and Account Verification
2.1. Tiered Access for Products and Subscriptions
To ensure the appropriate and professional distribution of medical learning materials and tools, the MedMust ecosystem enforces a clear access framework across all purchases, orders, and platform features:
Tier 1: Physical Products (Medical Books, Equipment, and Learning Tools) All printed publications, clinical reference guides, medical equipment, clinical gear, diagnostic tools, educational physical assets, and platform merchandise available on the Website may be purchased by any registered user, independent bookstore, medical store, library, or healthcare institution.
Tier 2: Premium Digital Subscriptions (Exclusive “Pro Accounts”) Access to Our interactive digital subscription tiers—including but not limited to premium Question Banks, active recall digital modules, simulated mock test series, and digital clinical learning platforms—is reserved exclusively for medical students, interns, postgraduate aspirants, and practicing clinicians. These digital subscriptions are granted strictly as a single-user license for personal educational use. MEWS LLP reserves the absolute right to terminate digital access immediately if a subscriber does not meet these professional criteria.
2.2. Age Restrictions and Legal Capacity
Adult Users: You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to independently register, subscribe to, or purchase products on the MedMust Platform.
Minor Users: Medical students or users under the age of 18 years must seek the explicit consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian to complete any financial transactions or submit verification data. MedMust reserves the right to terminate access if it is discovered that a minor is using the Platform’s paid tiers without verified parental/guardian consent.
2.3. Mandatory Verification for Restricted Products and Digital Subscriptions
To purchase any Restricted Product or to unlock a premium Digital Subscription, You must successfully complete Our verification framework:
Verification Data: You agree to provide true, accurate, and valid proof of Your medical background. This may include Your National Medical Commission (NMC) registration, state medical council details, college identification card, or institutional course enrollment certificate.
Order Cancellation and Falsification Clause: MEWS LLP reserves the absolute right to cancel any orders for Restricted Products or instantly terminate any Digital Subscriptions if We discover that Your medical credentials are falsified, incomplete, or if You do not belong to the medical profession. Any payments made under falsified credentials may be forfeited as a penalty for breach of contract.
2.4. Personal Use License and Device Restrictions for Subscriptions
Single-User License: Digital subscriptions are granted as a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-commercial license for individual personal educational use only.
Device Limits and Fraud Tracking: To prevent account splitting, Your digital subscription is strictly limited to Your personal devices. The Platform utilizes automated security algorithms to monitor concurrent logins, geographic anomalies, and device shifting. If Our system detects that a digital subscription account is being shared among multiple individuals or coaching circles, the account will be automatically and permanently banned.
3. Registration and Operation of Your Account
3.1. Registration Process
In order to use MedMust, purchase products, or unlock digital subscriptions, You must register an account on MedMust. Registration is a one-time process and is free of cost. You may register in one of the following ways:
3.1.1. By creating a MedMust account: You can register by providing relevant information, such as Your name, contact details, and academic or professional details. Your login credentials will be created based on the information provided by You, which You can use to access Your MedMust account at any time.
3.1.2. By using a third-party account: You may use the login credentials from permitted third-party accounts (such as Google or Apple). If You use a third-party account, You will also be subject to the specific terms and conditions imposed by that relevant third party.
Your credentials shared at the time of registration and Your MedMust login details are collectively referred to as “Account Information”.
3.2. Account Responsibility and Digital Product Licensing
You are solely authorized to operate the account created by You. Consequently, it is Your responsibility to maintain the absolute confidentiality of the Account Information and to restrict access to Your devices.
Single-User Single-License Rule: Any digital product purchase or active digital subscription is tied exclusively to Your registered account as a single, non-transferable, personal license.
Prohibition on Credentials Sharing: Deliberately sharing Your Account Information with other students, colleagues, or coaching circles to split the cost or usage of a digital product or subscription is strictly prohibited.
Information Accuracy: You will at all times keep Your Account Information current and accurate. You can access and update much of this information in Your account profile area.
3.3. Security Breaches, Liability, and Termination Rights
You will:
(a) immediately inform MEWS of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other security breach; and
(b) ensure that You log out of Your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared devices.
MEWS will not be liable for any loss or direct/indirect damage arising from Your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by MEWS or any other user due to unauthorized use of Your account resulting from Your failure to keep Your Account Information secure.
We reserve the right to refuse access to MedMust, restrict placement of new orders, cancel pending physical or digital orders, deactivate premium features, or permanently suspend Your account on MedMust, without any notice to You, at Our sole discretion, for reasons which may include:
(a) breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, or specific digital product end-user terms; or
(b) violation of any applicable laws; or
(c) automated detection of simultaneous logins, geographic anomalies, or credential sharing on a single digital subscription; or
(d) suspicion of Your involvement in copying, scraping, downloading, or illegally distributing Our proprietary digital clinical materials, notes, or questions; or
(e) suspicion of Your involvement in placing fake orders, frequent ungrounded cancellations, systematic returns, or abuse of any commercial policy; or
(f) directly or indirectly threatening to or causing harm to the brand image or intellectual property of MedMust on a public forum (including but not limited to social media, public groups, print, or electronic media); or
(g) causing harassment to MedMust, MEWS, and/or its employees, partners, or operational agents.
4. Communication and Unsubscription
4.1. You understand that once You have shared Your Account Information and successfully registered on MedMust, You may receive SMS or email notifications from MEWS LLP relating to Your registration and transactions on MedMust.
4.2. You may also receive such notifications regarding any marketing/promotional activities that may be available on MedMust from time to time. By sharing Your Account Information and registering on MedMust and/or verifying Your contact number with Us, You explicitly consent to receive marketing/promotional communications (through call, SMS, email, or other digital and electronic means) from Us and/or Our authorized representatives regarding any new services or offerings, even if Your contact number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.
4.3. MEWS LLP may also send notifications and reminders with respect to the Services on MedMust. While MEWS LLP endeavors to provide these notifications and reminders to You promptly, MEWS LLP does not provide any guarantee and will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to send such notifications/reminders to You.
4.4. You can unsubscribe/opt-out from receiving marketing/promotional communications, newsletters, and other notifications from MEWS LLP at any time by following the instructions set out in such communications.
5. Contents and Services on the Platform
5.1. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Content
All information, content, material, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design, and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of the content on MedMust or any of the other Services are the property of MEWS LLP or its affiliates (“MedMust Content”), and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Further, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade secrets in relation to MedMust, whether or not displayed on MedMust, are proprietary to MEWS LLP. MEWS LLP may also display on MedMust any third-party logos, trade names, or trademarks of other brands, as per the license or authorization granted to MEWS LLP by such brands.
5.2. Restrictions on Use
No information, content, or material from MedMust (including the MedMust Content) may be copied, reproduced, republished, duplicated, sold, resold, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any way (including for any commercial purpose) without MEWS LLP’s express written permission. You will not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of MEWS LLP and its affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing MEWS LLP’s or its affiliates’ names or trademarks without the express written consent of MEWS LLP and/or its affiliates, as applicable. Any unauthorized use terminates the permissions granted in these Terms of Use.
5.3. Scope and Availability of Services
Our services are available across Android, iOS, and web platforms; however, certain portions or features of those services might not be available on specific platforms (for example, specific video lectures or certain exhaustive preparation courses may be restricted on the web platform). Some devices might not support Our services, and MEWS LLP will not be responsible for any such unavailability or technical incompatibility of services.
5.4. Nature of Offerings
Our services include digital content such as test preparation, educational content, or certification courses, as well as physical goods such as printed MedMust notes or study materials. To avail the full range of premium course content offered as part of the Services, You must mandatorily be a Subscribed User meeting all eligibility and account registration requirements set out under these Terms.
5.5. Pricing, Plans, and Promotional Offers
The Services and amounts payable to access them may differ for different Subscribers and can be based on the individual or combination of plans/courses chosen by You, as well as any promotional offers or coupons applied by You. Such promotional offers might be communicated to You through the MedMust app/website or through authorized sales representatives who might reach out to select Users. Additionally, MEWS LLP may provide promotional cashback offers to eligible customers from time to time; any unutilized cashback balance will be subject to expiry on a periodic basis as per Our active corporate policy.
5.6. Definition and Modifications of Services
In these Terms of Use, the term “Services” shall mean and include, without limitation, the online video lectures, digital question banks, test series, and content, as well as physical study materials that will be accessible to You as a Subscribed User. It explicitly excludes any free demo content that is accessible to all baseline Registered Users visiting the Platform.
The foregoing meaning, features, and scope of Services are subject to change. You agree that any Services provided by Us may be added, removed, stopped, restarted, or modified at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revise course names, specific offerings, access durations, and the fees payable in respect of existing or new offerings at any time. We may also make improvements or modifications to the technical aspects of the Services, which may alter the user interface or usability of the Services. The definition herein shall not in any way limit or restrict Our right to evolve the Platform.
5.7. Termination and Restriction of Access
You agree that MEWS LLP may at any time, and for any reason—including but not limited to an actual or suspected breach of these Terms by You, or the unauthorized sharing/misuse of Your account credentials—terminate Your access to the whole or any part of the Platform. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend Your access to Your Subscribed User account for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without any liability or obligation to issue a refund to You.
5.8. Physical Products, Shipping, and Delivery
MEWS LLP may offer physical products, including but not limited to printed study bundles, high-yield notes, and physical textbooks, as standalone purchases or bundled items within a subscription tier.
5.8.1. Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing a complete, correct, and accessible delivery address. MEWS LLP is not liable for non-delivery or delivery delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by You.
5.8.2. Delivery Timelines: Any delivery schedules or estimated time frames shared on the Platform are approximations only. MEWS LLP utilizes third-party courier partners and does not guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5.8.3. Additional Logistics Fees: MEWS LLP reserves the right to charge additional shipping, handling, or dynamic re-delivery fees for remote locations or failed delivery attempts.
5.9. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods
5.9.1. Passing of Title: Risk of loss and title for all physical products purchased from MedMust pass to You upon Our delivery of the package to Our logistics or courier partner.
5.9.2. Reporting Defective Goods: In the rare event that physical study materials arrive structurally defective or physically damaged (e.g., extensive misprinting or pages missing), You must report the issue to MedMust support within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
5.9.3. Proof Required: To claim a replacement for damaged physical goods, You must provide clear visual proof (photographs or unboxing videos) highlighting the manufacturing defect or transit damage.
5.10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
5.10.1. Returns: You may request a return of a physical product within seven (7) days of its delivery by signing in to Your MedMust account, opening the order, and choosing to request a return. This option closes automatically once that period has passed.
5.10.2. Cancellation: You may cancel a paid order Yourself within sixty (60) minutes of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. An order that was never paid for may be cancelled at any time. Once that period has passed or the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through self-service, and You may request a return after it is delivered.
5.10.3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: A physical product that arrives damaged or does not match Your order, reported with proof as described in Clause 5.9, qualifies for a replacement or a refund.
5.10.4. Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Our payment gateway partner. The time taken for a refund to reach You after approval depends on Your bank or card issuer.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. General Fee and Payment Schedule
Any payments made to MedMust in respect of Services are subject to the payment terms of MEWS LLP as will be notified to You once You initiate the process to become a Subscribed User. The current existing payment schedule is available on the Platform.
6.2. Taxes and Dynamic Charges
The Fee, including GST and any delivery charges payable in relation to the delivery of hard copies of document-based study materials, if applicable, will be shown prior to completion of the online payment transaction. As per prevailing tax regulations, MEWS LLP will be liable to pay the GST on behalf of the customers. We collect the GST directly from You and make the payment to the Government.
6.3. Composite Supply Classification
Please note that Our notes are dependent on the video lectures, and there is no independent existence of MedMust notes without MedMust video lectures. Hence, this transaction constitutes a composite supply, and the applicable tax rate will be equal to the statutory educational service rate of 18% (eighteen percent).
6.4. Technical Fee Errors
In the unlikely event that, due to a technical error, the amount of the Fee displayed on the Platform is incorrect, MEWS LLP will notify You as soon as it reasonably can. If the correct amount of the Fee is higher than the amount displayed on the Platform, MEWS LLP will contact You through Your registered email address and/or phone number to notify You of the correct Fee. To avail all Services for the duration of the Subscription, You may be required to remit any additional outstanding fees such that the correct Fee is paid by You in full.
6.5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
MEWS LLP hereby notifies You that MedMust uses third-party payment gateway service providers to process payments made by You towards the Service subscription. It is hereby clarified that MEWS LLP will not be responsible for any payment failures, processing delays, or errors occurring due to technical issues at the bank’s end or issues arising from the third-party payment gateway. All such issues must be resolved directly between You and the banking institution or payment gateway partner concerned.
6.6. Clearance of Funds and Suspension
The provision of Our Services or activation of the paid subscription is strictly contingent upon MEWS LLP having received cleared funds from You in respect of the Fee for the relevant Service subscription. Without prejudice to MEWS LLP’s rights and remedies under these Terms of Use, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, MEWS LLP reserves the right, forthwith and at its sole discretion, to suspend Your access to the Services and refuse You entry to the course You intended to avail as part of the subscription to the Platform.
6.7. Complete Activation Requirements
Please note that a successful payment transaction does not automatically entitle a User to a live subscription. Additional details—including but not limited to a verified shipping address or Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation—may be required for complete activation of certain subscription plans. Post the provision and internal verification of these documents, the plans will be fully activated for the User.
6.8. Discrepancies and Unactivated Plans
In case Your bank account appears to be debited, yet the subscription plan is not activated on the Platform, kindly refer to Our cancellations and refunds page at: https://medmust.in/returns.
6.9. No-Cancellation and Revision Rights
Please note that Services once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund to that effect will be made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MEWS LLP reserves the right to terminate Your subscription at any time, and any decision to provide a partial or discretionary refund rests solely with MEWS LLP. Further, MEWS LLP can alter the pricing, access duration, upgrade guidelines, or refund policies at any time without any prior notification. You can renew or upgrade the active Services as per the renewal terms listed on Our official policy page.
7. Third Parties
7.1. Integration and Platform Usage
We may use or integrate another third party’s platform on Our Website or the MedMust App. We may also use third-party platforms to provide services to Ourselves. In such an event, You will be bound by such third party’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any other applicable policies.
7.2. Data Sharing Authorization
You agree and hereby authorize MedMust to share Your details and personal information with such third parties to the extent necessary for MEWS LLP to deliver the Services to You.
8. Discounts and Offers
8.1. Coupon Validity and Communication
Discounts can be availed through valid coupon codes. Information about offers, coupon eligibility, and other specific terms will be communicated through the website, email, or other digital platforms, or through official communications by the sales or customer support teams so authorized by MedMust.
8.2. Modification and Third-Party Promotions
MEWS LLP reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify any coupons or offers at any time without prior notice. MEWS LLP further reserves the right to provide discrete discounts or offers that are not publicly communicated on its Platform. MedMust is not responsible or liable for any discounts, promo codes, or offers mentioned by unauthorized third parties, including but not limited to social media influencers, affiliate blogs, or third-party advertisements.
8.3. Gifting, Lucky Draws, and Contests
Please note that in the event of promotional gifting, lucky draws, skill contests, or performance-based prizes hosted on the Platform, MEWS LLP reserves all structural and operational rights. Any final decision made by MEWS LLP regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution will be absolute, binding, and final.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1. “As Is” and “As Available” General Disclaimer
The Platform, its Services, and all accompanying Study Materials are provided purely on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as otherwise specified in writing. MEWS LLP does not covenant, represent, or warrant:
9.1.1. That the MedMust Content or Study Materials available on the Platform are entirely complete, true, error-free, exhaustive, or non-misleading.
9.1.2. That the Services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or available at all times.
9.1.3. That the operation of MedMust, including its functional software code, backend servers, or linked third-party services, will be uninterrupted, that operational defects will be immediately rectified, or that the platform is entirely free of viruses or other harmful digital components.
9.2. Medical and Professional Practice Disclaimer
The Study Materials and Services provided on MedMust are not intended to act as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is designed purely for educational and test-preparation purposes. MEWS LLP explicitly states that users must not rely on the Platform’s content to diagnose or treat any medical ailment or override a registered medical practitioner’s professional opinion. Furthermore, We do not claim or guarantee any specific rank, exam marks, career success, or any form of professional or clinical advantage resulting from the use of the Platform.
9.3. Nature and Updates of Study Materials
The term ‘Study Materials’ includes online video lectures, digital question banks (Q-Banks), test series, mock exams, physical or electronic notes, and any other learning tools posted on the Platform.
Dynamic Content Updates: Medical science advances rapidly. While We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, changes or updates in clinical guidelines may occasionally be missed. The total volume, structure, and content of MCQs, questions, and notes may be constantly updated (added to or removed) at the sole discretion of MEWS LLP without any prior notice to You.
Cross-Course Usage: MEWS LLP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to publish identical or modified versions of instructional videos or MCQs across multiple separate courses on the Platform where curricular crossover exists.
Mock Tests and Recall Videos: Mock tests hosted on MedMust are simulations modeled broadly after historical examination patterns; they do not predict, guarantee, or recommend the probability of identical questions appearing in actual live examinations. Similarly, “recall videos” or past paper reviews are representational aids reconstructed for learning purposes only and do not claim to match the exact verbatim phrasing of historical exam questions.
Third-Party Faculty Contributions: Notes and transcripts are derived from live video lectures. Any external images, diagrams, clinical slides, or reference items embedded within these materials that are not directly owned by MEWS LLP have been contributed by the respective faculty members, and We have merely reproduced them in good faith.
9.4. Technical Interruptions and Network Issues
MEWS LLP endeavors to make access to and use of MedMust stable and error-free. However, Your access to the Platform may be occasionally suspended, degraded, or restricted to allow for emergency repairs, routine infrastructure maintenance, or the introduction of new features and tools. MEWS LLP assumes no responsibility, liability, or obligation for any access or performance issues arising from internet connectivity, device compatibility, or telecom network failures originating at Your end.
9.5. Third-Party Information and Intermediary Status
All information related to external third parties, including third-party brand listings or corporate partnerships (“Third-Party Information”), is provided for reference only. MEWS LLP, acting in its capacity as an intermediary under applicable digital laws, does not endorse, validate, or assume liability for Third-Party Information. You access all such external data entirely at Your own risk.
9.6. User-Generated Content and Expert Views
MedMust may contain user-generated content, discussion forums, or peer reviews which MEWS LLP does not uniformly pre-screen, and which may reflect individual opinions or expert views. While We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates Our policies or applicable laws, We do not guarantee that such content is accurate, complete, or updated, nor do We warrant that it will not cause unintended offense or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
9.7. General Liability Exclusion
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MEWS LLP disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damages, expenses, claims, or injuries caused due to:
Operational failures, errors, omissions, or systemic interruptions on MedMust.
Systemic data deletions, transit delays, computer viruses, or communication line failures.
Theft, destruction, alteration, or unauthorized access to user records, account balances, or profile data.
9.8. Hyperlinks and External Platforms
MedMust is not responsible for the content, privacy frameworks, or security posture of any third-party websites or services hyperlinked on Our Platform. If You choose to exit the Platform to access third-party links, You do so entirely at Your own financial and legal risk.
10. Online Subscription and Acceptance of Terms
10.1. Scope of Subscription Deliverables
Except as explicitly set out and detailed within the official description of the specific subscription model purchased by You on the Platform, no additional study materials, dynamic features, and/or video lectures will be provided by Us.
10.2. Access Activation and Duration
Upon receipt of a confirmation email from Us, You (strictly if You are a Subscribed User) will be notified when You have active access to the purchased Services and the specific length of time such access will remain available to You. This access is continuously subject to Our absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Your account in accordance with these Terms of Use.
10.3. Non-Transferability and Account Sharing Restrictions
A subscription received is strictly personal to You. You shall not transfer, assign, or share Your right to access the Study Material, nor shall You further sell the subscription, sublease Your profile, or allow access to the subscription to any other person, whether for commercial consideration or otherwise.
10.4. Breach Penalties and Legal Liability
Any acts of unauthorized account sharing or commercial exploitation will be construed as a material breach of these Terms of Use. In such a situation, MEWS LLP reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate access to Your account immediately, with or without prior notice, and without any liability to issue a refund. In the event that any unlawful or fraudulent activity is performed by another person utilizing Your personal account credentials, You shall be held entirely and solely responsible for those actions, and MEWS LLP reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil or criminal legal action against You.
11. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
11.1. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEWS LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and litigation costs) arising from Your access to or use of MedMust or the Services, Your violation of these Terms of Use, or the infringement by Your account of any intellectual property or other rights of MEWS LLP or any third party. MEWS LLP will notify You promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and You agree to provide MEWS LLP with reasonable assistance, at Your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

12.5. Operational Limitations and Software Liability
MEWS LLP is not responsible for technical limitations or service disruptions caused by upgraded or modified digital industry standards, OS updates, or third-party carrier network drops. Furthermore, We assume no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to Your mobile, tablet, computer, or peripheral hardware/software components—including data loss, software corruption, or reduced processing speeds—resulting from Your use of Our products and Services.
12.6. Login and Access Failures
In addition to all other disclaimers set forth in these Terms, MedMust and MEWS LLP shall not be liable to You for any direct or consequential damages arising from Your temporary or permanent inability to log into Your account or access the Platform’s materials at any given time.

13.2. Binding Effect and Notification
When We execute such changes, enhancements, or amendments, MEWS LLP may or may not provide explicit prior notification to the User. Your continued access and utilization of the MedMust Platform following any such updates indicates Your absolute acceptance, and You will be strictly bound by those modified terms and configurations.
14. Specific Disclaimer of Medical Services
14.1. Non-Medical Nature of Content
Any information, study help, or clinical reference provided to You through the MedMust Platform shall be treated purely as an educational resource. 14.4. Training and Council Scope
You understand that the digital services provided to You shall not be construed as statutory medical classes. Our operational services do not fall within the purview of formal, recognized medical training or residency programs as regulated by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or equivalent regional state councils.
14.5. Recommendations as Non-Binding Suggestions
You acknowledge and agree that any diagnostic hints, study directions, or workflow recommendations provided by Us on the Platform are purely algorithmic suggestions. You comply with or execute them entirely at Your own choice, risk, and option.
14.6. Testimonials and Success Stories
Testimonials, reviews, and student success stories displayed on the Platform are individual experiences reflecting real-life milestones achieved by specific users. These constitute individual results; performance outcomes may vary significantly. We do not claim or guarantee that these are typical results that baseline Users will generally achieve.
15. Data Protection and Privacy Extractions
15.1. Data Aggregation, Analytics, and Research
The User agrees that MEWS LLP will store, interpret, and analyze all data collected through Your usage behavior. This information may be utilized for academic research or platform efficacy studies, and the compiled results may be published publicly on a strictly anonymized basis. Personal data will always be completely stripped of identifying characteristics before being shared outside the organization or with verified third-party research entities.
15.2. Marketing and Cross-Product Communication
While Your data will never be sold to external brokers, MEWS LLP reserves the right to use Your contact details to communicate platform updates, localized promotional info, or premium coupon offers belonging to Your active course, a different course tier, or completely standalone products and services offered by Us beyond the core MedMust application ecosystem.
15.3. Data Sovereignty and Security Posture
Data will be processed and securely stored on remote cloud servers located within India or other legally compliant international jurisdictions. While We deploy industry-standard architecture to protect Your records as required by law, no digital security ecosystem can prevent 100% of potential security breaches. MEWS LLP does not guarantee data security on third-party integrations, such as banking loops or external payment gateways. You express absolute consent to this processing framework in alignment with the MedMust Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at: https://medmust.in/privacy.
15.4. Consent Withdrawal and Account Deletion
You possess the right to request full personal data deletion or permanent account erasure. Once an account has been deleted by Our system, it is permanently destroyed and cannot be restored.
Prospective Nature: You may withdraw Your active data consent at any time by issuing a written directive to Us using the contact channels specified in Our Privacy Policy.
Service Denial: Upon receiving a consent withdrawal request, MEWS LLP reserves the full right to immediately cease Your access, terminate Your subscription, or completely refuse further usage of the Platform without financial liability or refund obligations.
15.5. Tracking Links and Browser Cookies
We share embedded hyperlinks in specific tracked formats to confirm whether they have been clicked. This data is leveraged solely to customize Your user dashboard. Clicking external links may take You entirely outside Our domain; We assume no responsibility for the independent privacy practices of external web architectures. We collect cookies to personalize digital experiences and ads; You can configure Your browser to decline all cookies, though certain interactive features on the MedMust Platform may malfunction as a result.
15.6. Public Forums and Social Communities
If You share personal information—including but not limited to comments, forum messages, uploaded files, study screenshots, photos, or examination roll numbers—within Our curated social media groups (e.g., Facebook communities, Telegram boards) or any public comment thread, that data instantly enters the public domain and becomes visible to all users. Any such sharing is executed strictly at Your own risk.
16. MedMust “No Sharing” Fair Usage Policy
16.1. Single-User License Enforceability
A MedMust Pro subscription account is strictly configured and legally authorized for use by only one (1) unique User.
16.2. Automatic Account Scrutiny and Watch Limits
As a core pillar of this Fair Usage Policy, each subscription profile is provisioned with a maximum threshold of 1,200 hours of total video streaming time.
Scrutiny Triggers: Once Your total streaming consumption exceeds 1,200 hours, or if Our system flags concurrent streaming requests, Your profile will immediately fall under strict internal security review.
Audit and Interrogation: MEWS LLP reserves the right to immediately track, audit, and analyze Your usage data, location metrics, and device logs during this investigation without Your separate, concurrent consent.
16.3. Blockage and Forfeiture Penalties
Sharing Your MedMust Pro account credentials—whether casually for personal use or commercially for financial consideration—will result in immediate account blockage without prior notification, warning, or financial refund. If a definitive violation of this sharing restriction is identified, it will be handled as a material, substantial breach of these Terms, giving Us the right to initiate formal legal procedures under the law of the land.
17. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Integrity
17.1. General Usage Restrictions
You agree that You shall not use the Services or Platform to host, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any material that violates applicable local and international regulations. 19. Termination, Suspension, and Compromised Accounts

20. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights
20.1. Complete Title and Material Ownership
All intellectual materials on the Website and App—including names, corporate logos, trademarks, text, high-yield columns, custom graphics, video arrays, clinical photographs, illustrations, and code architectures (collectively, the “Material”)—are protected by copyrights and trademarks owned and controlled exclusively by Us. No license, title, or interest is conferred onto the User.
20.2. User-Submitted Feedback and Content Licenses
Feedback Model: Any feedback, bug notifications, or feature recommendations submitted by You automatically become the intellectual property of MEWS LLP. You grant Us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide right to implement and commercialize such inputs.
Submission Rights: By publishing content across public nodes of Our platform, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, process, adapt, or distribute that content across any media formats. Even if You delete Your user account, Your submitted text contributions may remain visible on the Platform.
21. Faculty Contractual Status and Intermediary Rules
21.1. Independent Contractor Status of Educators
All professors, doctors, and lecturers delivering video courses across the Services are independent third-party contractors and are not direct employees of MEWS LLP. The technical, professional, and medical expressions contained in the lectures are the sole accountability of the faculty members who authored them.
22. Final Addenda and Jurisdictional Matters
22.1. Force Majeure Terminations
The provision of these subscription Services shall be considered instantly terminated or suspended without penalty in the event of an absolute Force Majeure scenario (such as Acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, government digital shutdowns, or major natural disasters).
22.2. Severability
Each clause and sub-clause within these Terms of Use shall be interpreted and evaluated separately. If any specific provision is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
22.3. Governing Law and Kozhikode Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed entirely by the federal and regional laws of India. Any statutory matters, contractual litigation, or arbitration arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
22.4. Security and Bug Reporting
If You identify a security risk, data leak, or server bug within the MedMust product ecosystem, You are requested to report it responsibly to support@medmust.in.
23. Terms of Subscription and Digital Sale
23.1. Our Contract of Sale and Subscription Activation
The listing, display, and pricing of any subscription tier, educational module, test series, or physical study add-on (collectively referred to as “Product(s)” or “Services”) by Us on the MedMust Platform constitutes an invitation to offer. The placement of an order or processing of a payment by You represents Your formal offer to purchase or subscribe.
23.2. Order Confirmation vs. Final Activation
Acknowledgment: Upon making a purchase, You will receive an automated email or in-app notification confirming receipt of Your payment details (the “Order Confirmation”). This notification is strictly an acknowledgment of receipt and does not signify formal acceptance of Your purchase offer.
Contract Conclusion: We officially accept Your offer and conclude the contract of sale/subscription only when Your digital dashboard is fully unlocked, or Your physical materials are dispatched, and a subsequent activation notification (the “Activation Confirmation”) is transmitted to You.
Right to Refuse: MEWS LLP retains the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reverse, or cancel any transaction or subscription order for any structural or security reason before the final Activation Confirmation is dispatched.
23.3. Personal and Internal Educational Purpose
Your contract is directly with MEWS LLP. You explicitly confirm that all subscriptions and digital materials purchased by You are solely for Your internal, personal, and non-commercial educational use. You are strictly prohibited from purchasing MedMust access for commercial distribution, institutional re-sale, or unauthorized group-sharing configurations.
23.4. Title and Risk Transfer
For any physical deliverables or printed high-yield notes provided as an add-on to Your subscription, the legal title and all associated risks of damage or loss pass completely to You upon successful delivery to Your designated shipping address.
24. Material Availability and Pricing Frameworks
24.1. Course Content Modification and Updates
We display the active features and syllabus coverage on the respective info pages of the MedMust Platform. Any indicated timelines for upcoming video modules, question bank updates, or live sessions are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed deployment deadlines. While We endeavor to deploy materials on schedule, We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily remove specific modules to keep pace with changing medical curricula or technical standards.
24.2. Currency, Taxes, and Cart Variances
Taxation: All subscription fees and product prices listed on the MedMust Platform are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all statutory taxes, including applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cart Discrepancies: Saving a specific course tier or add-on package in Your digital shopping cart does not freeze or reserve the displayed price. The price charged to You will always be the live price reflected on the checkout page at the exact moment the final payment transaction is executed.
25. Age Eligibility and Legal Capacity
25.1. Age Requirements for Independent Contracting
Only individuals who are fully competent to form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are authorized to independently register an account, make purchases, or execute transactions on the MedMust Platform. This requires that You are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and not otherwise disqualified by applicable law.
25.2. Minor User Protocols
If You are a minor under the age of 18 years, You are strictly prohibited from executing financial transactions or establishing an account independently. You may access the educational materials on the MedMust Platform only with the direct involvement, supervision, and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall remain legally bound by these Terms of Sale and Subscription.
26. Restrictive Liability and Indemnification Limits
26.1. Financial Liability Ceiling
In no event shall the aggregate, proven liability of MEWS LLP—whether ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or an independent arbitrator—extend beyond a maximum sum equal to the exact amount of money successfully charged and received from You for the specific subscription tier or digital product under which the immediate liability arose.
26.2. Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Damage
MEWS LLP, its partners, and associated faculties shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. This includes, without limitation, any loss of career opportunities, failure to pass institutional or competitive examinations, loss of anticipated academic milestones, or wasted educational expenditures that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time Your contract was formed.
27. Miscellaneous Amendments, Waivers, and Merger
27.1. Severability and Policy Alterations
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale, subscription structures, and underlying operational policies at any time. Your continued use of the platform following an update implies complete acceptance of the revised terms. If any single provision within these clauses is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of law, that specific condition will be severed, and the validity and enforceability of all remaining conditions shall remain completely uncompromised.
27.2. Integration and Entire Agreement
These updated clauses, alongside the core Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Fair Usage Policies, constitute the final and complete electronic record between You and MEWS LLP. They entirely supersede all previous oral expressions, sales presentations, marketing communications, or written pre-agreements regarding Your purchases on the MedMust Platform. Consistent with Section 22.3, any legal action arising out of these transaction terms remains bound to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
